Abstract

Achieving a high quality product for the customer with the required hygiene and substance standards requires not only an immense knowledge of the organic secundary waste products and their production process in the food industry, but also a good knowledge of food-chemistry, microbiology and last but not least an excellent knowledge on the technical requirements of feed-production and animal feeding itself.

A strict controlling system must be established. The logistic has to be co-ordinated, so that the products reach the recycling plant in optimal conditions. This was accomplished by installation of an own laboratory to control and test the delivered goods at arrival, as a basis to decide how and where the substance can be used.

Innovative methods and modern production-plants are unpacking the goods from different packaging and the organic secondary waste products are processed in a short time to standardised feedingstuffs according to special formulations. The whole production chain is controlled by computer systems specially adapted to the demands. Every stage is strictly controlled and analysed to ensure that the highest standards throughout the entire production are fulfilled.
