Abstract

The aim of the investigations was to develop a methodical approach for prediction of territorial quantities of by-products. The calculation base was the quantity of produced food related to the raw material and the residual by-products. Preliminary data of available by-products were presented for the region of the Federal State of Saxony.

  Zusammenfassung

Das Ziel der Untersuchungen bestand darin, ein methodisches Prinzip zu entwickeln, nach dem zuverlässige Daten zum standortspezifischen Nebenproduktanfall abgeleitet werden können. Grundlage dieser modellhaften Kalkulationen bildete eine Mengeneinheit des erzeugten Lebensmittels bei gleichzeitiger Berücksichtigung des dafür erforderlichen Rohstoffeinsatzes und der verbleibenden Nebenproduktmengen. Am Beispiel des Freistaates Sachsen konnten erste vorläufige Daten zum Aufkommen ausgewählter Nebenprodukte vorgelegt werden.
